Dubai Chocolate Bar

The Dubai Chocolate bar is made up of 4 Components - Pistachio cream,Kataifi ,Tahini and Chocolate. The outer shell is a crunchy layer of Belgian milk chocolate and inside is a creamy gooey filling of pistachio cream mixed with kataifi and a small amount of tahini to bring out the nutty taste of the pistachios.This is then mixed with the kataifi which is made by frying very thin strands of filo pastry until crisp and crunchy this delicious filling is then encased in delicious Belgian milk chocolate 34% cocoa solids .
